Questions and Concerns

If at any time you have questions or concerns about any aspect of your stay with us, please bring them to the attention of your nurse or any team member.

If you believe that your nurse or the team member has not fully addressed your questions or concerns to your satisfaction, please ask to speak to the department manager. If the department manager is not available, please ask to speak to the administrative coordinator.

If you are still not fully satisfied that your questions or concerns have been addressed, we encourage you to ask to speak to the vice president responsible for the area.
