X-rays
General x-rays are pictures of bones, the chest, the abdomen, and other body parts taken with x-rays. Having an x-ray is similar to having a picture taken. High energy electromagnetic waves pass through the body to project an image onto “film” within the system to be reviewed by a radiologist. X-rays are used to diagnose many types of conditions. Our radiology technologists are fully trained, certified and offer years of expertise in providing diagnostic evaluations.
At Beachwood Medical Center, x-rays are available on a walk-in basis, except for fluoroscopy procedures, which require an appointment.

X-ray services are available at all hours, 24/7.
All patients must have a valid physician order.
